You Set the Time and the Address, and the Van Is Yours Alone
A private day in a premium van with an English-speaking guide, and the castle tickets are already included.
It starts at the time and the address you choose. About an hour and a half of Bavarian scenery later, the guide takes you to the viewpoints worth stopping at and tells you how the castle came to exist, before the guided tour of the interior of Neuschwanstein.
Afterwards there is a stop in one of the villages, Schwangau, Füssen or Oberammergau, for lunch in a local restaurant or just a coffee. Oberammergau is the Passion Play village, and the carving its houses are known for is still the local trade.
The van is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class kept for your group alone, and the itinerary is not fixed: the driver-guide settles it with you on the day, around what you want to see and what the roads allow. The second option adds Linderhof Palace, with its ticket included as well, and the Lechfall, Füssen and the Plansee on the drive between the two castles.
